Erol Teberoğlu, MD is a senior executive with more than 20 years of marketing and sales management experience mainly in healthcare industries.

He delivered several consultancy services to healthcare and related companies as well as mentorships to many startups.

Before founding Katalist, he most recently worked at General Electric as Corporate Business Development Manager, where he was leading market and commercial development activities in different industries from healthcare to energy. He built partnerships with corporates, universities and government organizations. He contributed to the establishment of GE Healthcare Life Science Business in Turkey.

Before joining GE, he filled several marketing and sales management positions for Sanofi and other local and multinational pharmaceutical companies. He also worked as a Medical doctor in different managerial positions. He holds a Bachelor's degree of Medicine from Ege University and a second degree of Philosophy from Istanbul University.

Çiğdem Gündüz , is a brand manager incorporating 10+ years marketing and strategy experience in sports, automotive, luxury retail and healthcare industries to successfully create measurable impact on brands. She is adept at identifying opportunities and creating business driving ideas through creative and digital marketing techniques. Tackles complex set of business challenges by leading cross-functional teams and oversees long-term relationships with consumers/partners.

After working several years for world-known brands such as Nike, FCA brands, J&J and Beymen, she joined Landor as a free-lance brand strategist where she worked on different brand projects and pitchbacks for airlines, banking, automotive industries and country branding projects. She has been an advisor for start-ups in AI&ML and lifestyle businesses on their go-to-market, marketing and brand strategies. She identified creative ways and used design thinking tools to help them hit their growth targets, acquire new customers and keep their customers engaged.

She holds a B.Sc. Business Administration and Management degree from Bogazici University and an MBA degree from SDA Bocconi University.

Ümit Çelebi has over 30 years of professional experience in senior management levels in Xerox and DHL where he successfully led critical projects, Electronic Trade Customs Declarations, Eurasia Logistics Manual, Electronic Data Interchange, Import/Export Control Systems, Clear in the Air and Customs Bonded Facilities to name but a few.

He is also a lecturer at İstanbul Bilgi and Medipol Universities Faculty of Applied Science in the Department of Aviation and Logistics Management. He received his PhD in European Union Economics, Law and Political Science from Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences. He holds a master’s degree in international business from Southbank University and an MBA from Middlesex University, teaching courses, performing research and consultancy in aviation, logistics, supply chains, international trade and customs.

Yıldırım Merkan is a senior executive in the field of quality and system development. He is currently delivering consultancy services of EFQM Guidance (Business Excellence), Management Systems (ISO 9001 Qualty:2015, ISO 14001:2016 Environment, ISO 45001 Health and Safetyand , ISO 50001 Energy and ISO 27001 Information Security), Lean Management, ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Accreditation, ATF 16949 Automotive Quality system and quality improvement tools (FMEA, PPAP/APQP, IPK, MSA,8D), Institutional Occupational Health and Safety Performance Improvement, Strategic Thinking and Planning, Process Development and Process Management, Process Improvement Tools, Enterprise Risk Management, Enterprise Performance Management, Process Safety, Emergency Management, Total Quality Management.

He worked as several managerial positions and lead many important projects in Erdemir. Before joining Erdemir, he worked for Eczacıbaşı Vitra and Tokar AŞ.He took part in joint projects and assignments in many fields with TSE, TÜRKAK, Turkey's leading certification bodies (TÜV Nord, Bsi etc.) and Kalder in his field of expertise. He has more than 10 years of evaluator experience in the National Quality Award Process. He is still working as an active lead evaluator. He graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU) Metallurgical Engineering Department.
